Versão Portugues: Através do IX Governo Constitucional nos termo do Artigo 22.º do Decreto-Lei No. 46/2023 de 28 de julho, Orgânica do IX Governo Constitucional, prevê sobre o Ministério do Ensino Superior Ciência e Cultura e estabelece o Ministério refere conforme com Decreto-lei N.º 56 /2023 de 6 de setembro, Orgânica Ministério do Ensino Superior Ciência e Cultura exerce o seu papel importante como o departamento governamental responsável pela área do ensino e qualificação de nível ensino superior; O Encontro Entre Ministério do Ensino Superior Ciência e Cultura, Universidade Nacional Timor Lorosa’e (UNTL ) e Embaixador China, foco o assunto educação do ensino superior; este encontro o embaixador China quer apoiar o Ministério do Ensino Superior, Ciência e Cultura, para construir a Biblioteca que será localizar na Universidade Nacional Timor Lorosa’e ( UNTL ), facilite os estudantes de estudar e pesquisar, nos termo do No. 1 do artigo 5.º Decreto-Lei Nº. 6/2024 de 17 de julho Aprova a lei Bases do Ensino Superior e Procede a Primeira Alteração a Lei No. 14/ 2008, de 29 de outubro, Lei Bases da Educação, o objetivo fundamental, o trabalho de pesquisa e investigação científica, visando o desenvolvimento da ciência e da tecnologia, das humanidades e das artes, a criação e difusão da cultura, desenvolvendo o conhecimento e a compreensão humana; o Ministério do Ensino Superior Ciência e Cultura, prefere este plano beneficie aos estudantes possam estudar e eleva o conhecimento do indivíduo ou Grupo através de pesquisa na Biblioteca como a base das referencias para os estudantes;
